About Joseph Molina

Lifelong North Texan. Thirteen years in a classroom. Marine Corps veteran. Now the guy who explains Medicare without a sales pitch.

I grew up in Caddo Mills and have lived in Allen for eleven years with my wife and our two boys. I spent thirteen years teaching agricultural science, which is a long way of saying I've spent most of my working life taking complicated subjects apart for people who don't already speak the language.

I got into this after helping my mom with her Medicare. A system built to help older people turned out to be genuinely hard to use, and most of the help on offer was really a sales call with a script. I decided I'd rather teach the class and let people decide for themselves.

Why local matters

I'm an independent agent, not an employee of an insurance company, and I'm not a call center. I live here. My kids go to school here. I serve on the Collin County Junior Livestock Association board and you'll find me at the county show every January.

If something goes sideways with your coverage in March, you call me, not an 800 number. That's most of the reason to work with somebody local.

I serve Collin, Dallas, Rockwall and Hunt counties.

Call and ask one question, or sit down for an hour and go through the whole thing. Either is fine, and neither costs you anything.
